Is there a way to know how many devices the feed is being viewed on?

Welcome, I would advise sending that system back for a refund. Then start studying here: Cliff Notes.
Avoid whatever security photographic camera that depends on Wifi or the Cloud. They are NOT secure and will give you nothing but headaches.
To reply your question, I'd wait on the Meshare website for how to reset.

MeShare = Zmodo = Funlux = one of the worst companies with deceptive selling practices.
Highly commend post-obit @looney2ns recommendation and return that ASAP.
Numerous problems and bug associated with that company.
A couple of threads on the issue with them:
Zmodo / Funlux suck how they dispense the game.
Avoid Zmodo / Funlux / Annke / Sannce simplified POE or sPoE systems.
